We are a fast-moving start up experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our pharmacy team! We have an Online Pet supplies store as well as an Online Pet Pharmacy.

- Exceptional organisation skills
- Sound understanding of veterinary and pet products.
- Pharmacy experience preferred
What you’ll do:
- Respond to all customer enquiries from Australia.
- Answer all incoming pharmacy phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to customers at all times.
- Greet and service customers for walk in enquiries.
- Assist Pharmacist with admin duties
- Pick and pack online pharmacy orders
