- Providing exceptional Customer Service and product solutions to customers.
- Store merchandising to ensure product availability and excellent presentation
- Implementation of sales techniques to increase store sales and meet all KPI requirements
- General housekeeping to offer a positive store environment to all customers
- Work cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience.
Experience required:
- Passion for technology and the outdoors
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Exceptional delivery of Customer Service
- Strong communication skills
- Sales results focused
- A drive to succeed and grow within the business
- A high standard of personal presentation
