Our client is seeking a Client Services Officer to join their busy team for a temporary assignment to mid may 2024.
About the role:Provide accurate information, advice, and service delivery to stakeholders regarding the education and training systems. Undertake a range of activities such as conducting stakeholder and participant interviews, field/workplace visits, surveys, data entry. Provide a range of administrative and support, for example: word processing, spreadsheets, records management systems, event and nomination management and on-line registration processes.
Assist with the monitoring of projects, programs, processes, and activities, including undertaking basic research and analysis of projects.
