The role
An exciting opportunity exists for motivated and driven individuals to step into our team of specialist Sales Consultants. The role is responsible for selling, retaining, and adding value to Auto & General products while providing outstanding service to all customers.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Work towards key performance indicators such as;
- Sales Targets
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Customer Satisfaction
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service with a focus on providing best possible solutions.
- Ensure the relevant legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Skills and experience:
- Highly developed communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a sales environment
- Firm ability to learn and implement procedures
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Capability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
