Established in 1970, we have over 50 years experience serving the car restoration and automotive service industry.
Previous Customer Service experience essential. Experience in the automotive industry is favourable.
This is a permanent part time position working in the office 5 days a week. Minimum 30 hours per week. Full time position also an option.
Based in Croydon South
Key responsibilities
- Answer general phone calls for distribution to appropriate team members
- Manage email communication for the online sales channels
- Respond to online sales customer questions and queries
- Manage customer cancellations, returns, credits & refunds
- Manage customer freight issues & delivery timeframes
- Assist with general marketing activities
Qualifications & experience
- Customer service experience is essential
- Specific online sales Customer Service exeperience is preferred
- Strong computer skills including ability to use the internet, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must have the ability to work autonomously and within a small team
- Marketing experience advantageous
