The Role With state-of-the-art facilities based in Bathurst, NSW, we are on the lookout for an amazing Customer Service Specialist to join the team!
This role will see you discovering and unpacking the real needs of our clients and provide a solution by assisting with specifications, samples, and budget pricing. You will be primarily speaking with architects and interior designers to visualise their design concepts and gather their project needs.
This role will suit someone who has a caring and helpful nature with a passion for customer service!

Key Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming calls and emails, identify client needs and provide timely response in a professional manner
• Support clients during the early design phase of their projects by assisting in writing clear and concise specifications, providing samples and budget pricing.
• Work together with colleagues to develop workable solutions that meet all project requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients that result in business growth
