We currently have an opportunity for a Sydney based Customer Service Specialist. This is a hands-on role within Customer Service and our company’s Sales and Operations function. This function is a key enabler for the delivery of outstanding service excellence to our valued Customers. Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience is at the forefront of our service.
Accountabilities
The day-to-day will involve entering and processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, and actioning inbound calls regarding orders, pricing, products and services. This role is key in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through system, phone and email interactions. Also ensuring communication flows smoothly within the Customer Service team itself and other areas of the business
You must have
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Minimum 3- 5 year’s experience in Customer Service preferably in B2B or/and FMCG
- High experience and knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
- Must be a strong team player with a willingness to provide excellent Customer Service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to take initiative, be innovative and solve problems in a professional and approachable manner
- Previous experience in a professional Customer Service role with a track record of effectively managing customer queries and complaints
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Experience with outbound calling
An excellent ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and self-motivated approach to work and the ability to accept responsibility and take ownership to achieve outcomes
The following while not essential would be highly regarded:
- Experience in EDI and other Digitalisation platforms within Customer Service
