Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Technical After-Sales Care Specialist at Bertazzoni, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance or after-sales support. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on product usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for our products.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a technical or after-sales care role.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
