Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Technical After-Sales Care Specialist at Bertazzoni, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance or after-sales support. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on product usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for our products.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a technical or after-sales care role.
