An experienced Customer Service Supervisor is required to join a very well established industrial parts company.
This well established organisation, who are leaders in their field are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to take on this busy and fast paced role.

Duties include but not limited to -

• Planning and setting goals towards continuous improvement
• Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service team
• Motivate and mentor the team
• Monitor workflow and team results
• Communication with internal and external customers
• Management of customer orders, handling complaints and returns

Skills required -

• Strong Customer Service supervision experience
• Experience working in a production environment
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage complex tasks
