About the role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated leader to join our National Remarketing team. You will have the opportunity to experience varied activities through working collaboratively with a team of people focused on the timely movement, preparation, and sale of damaged cars across Australia & New Zealand.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop and nurture a high performing and engaged team
- Ensure exceptional customer experience for both sellers and buyers
- Achievement of KPIs, quality assurance, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Manage the team’s workflow, leave management and support recruitment activities
- Support projects and actively seek process improvement opportunities
- Communicate performance against objectives
- Provide timely and accurate performance reporting
About you
- Experience leading and motivating a team
- Outstanding Customer Service focus and delivery
- Ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Sound analysis & judgement approach to decision making
- Competent with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Excel, Word & Outlook)
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
