Role Overview:
As a Telephonist at Fleet Command Centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, including emergency calls, with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
*** Answering incoming calls promptly and courteously
*** Providing accurate information to callers and addressing their inquiries
*** Handling emergency calls with urgency and composure
*** Dispatching appropriate resources to incidents as needed
***Collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
*** Exceptional phone skills with a clear and articulate communication style
*** Impeccable Customer Service skills and a passion for helping others
*** Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
*** Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
*** Previous experience in a similar role or a call centre environment is preferred
*** Familiarity with transportation or emergency services is a plus
