Crema is looking for a Crew Member to make sure our coffee-loving clients have the coffee fix they need when they need it!
Crema Coffee Garage has spent more than 20 years making a name as a specialty roaster. Our goal is to support café’s, offices and the home coffee enthusiast to inspire their ultimate brewing experience. Whilst we originated in the Hunter Valley, it is our Brisbane location that is looking for a new crew member.
In January 2021, we opened our new café “Tank Stream Social” within our Crema venue which has been elegantly designed by a local Brisbane designer. Our funky European style piazza and alfresco area is home to our extensive showroom for test driving high end equipment, alternative brewing techniques, a beautiful new café and brewing bar including a brand new kitchen and, our in-house coffee mechanics workshop.
Let’s talk about you: We are looking for that special someone who loves organisation, being on the go and helping people. This role works across all areas of our Brisbane site, helping our home and business customers to purchase products where and when they need them.
To succeed in this role, you will have great organisation and time management skills and the ability to follow through on your tasks and plans.
Our clients will rely on you to get their coffee fix and to support our business customers, individual coffee shop operations.
Tell me about the role:
Every day brings a new blend of excitement - just like our coffee! Day-to-day tasks include:
- Customer Sales & Service
- Educating home coffee customers on the correct product for their personal coffee setup - extensive training provided
- Warehouse Organisation and Stocktaking
- Fulfilling Wholesale and Retail Orders
- Liaising with Staff & Couriers
- Wholesale customer deliveries

- Capable of safe manual handling
- Passion for coffee
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Honest, reliable and punctual
- Unrestricted Drivers Licence
