Customer Service

An exciting opportunity has come up for a passionate and driven Customer Service Superstar in Melbourne's beautiful South East. With great local public transport and parking as well as cafe's and restaurants, this is the place to be! 

As the Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, reporting, administration and general Customer Service both inbound and outbound.

• Your choice of 4 days with flexibility with some flexibility with your hours (hello work-life balance!!) 
• $30-$35 per hour + Super depending on experience (Equivalent to $59k-$69k + super pro rata)
• ASAP start date 
• Close-knit and supportive team with great tenure  

The ideal candidate will come from a background where Customer Service is at the forefront of everything you do. You will be passionate about helping others and pride yourself on your communication skills both verbal and written. As this is a multifaceted role, time management and organization skills are very important! Prior experience with Excel and Word are a must.
