Your new role
• Provide friendly, responsive & accurate information, advice & service to customers via the contact centre
• Accurately record customer requests in the CRM system.
• Also assisting the front counter and administrative functions
• Accurately capture requests, manage customer enquiries, complaints and applications
• Always deliver an excellent customer experience, ensuring client needs and service targets are met or exceeded
• Develop positive and collaborative working relationships within the team
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience within a Call Centre is a must!
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to operate effectively across multiple functions
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously, multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
• The understanding in cash handling and end of day processes (desirable)
• Strong respect for confidentiality and privacy requirements
