Customer Services and Administration Support
Mansfield Shire Council is looking for enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individuals to take up various roles in Customer Services and Administration. The Customer Service and Administrative Support roles provide a range of customer service and Administration Support functions to meet operational and statutory requirements.
Reporting to the various relevant managers in the following departments: Capital Works, Community and Wellbeing and Customer Services and Records, the main responsibilities include maintaining a detailed working knowledge of the Department to enable an efficient and reliable response to customers (internal and external), supporting the relevant Departments with administration of Council’s customer request management system, compiling and distributing reports, statistical information, and presentations, providing support to the Department including arranging appointments, coordinating meetings, information sessions, and other tasks as required.
Remuneration will be based on Band 4 classification $33.82 per hour plus superannuation of the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2022.
