Job description

Key requirements of the role:

  • Answering inbound call enquiries from new and existing customers.
  • General CRM administration.
  • When required, office administration and general support.
  • Registering new business customers, and going through the process of getting their company websites up and running.

Ideal experience required:

  • Ideally come from a Customer Support/Experience background, working via phone and email within the corporate sector.
  • Personable, and comfortable to hold discussions with businesses owners.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Organised, and able to prioritise workloads
