Key requirements of the role:
- Answering inbound call enquiries from new and existing customers.
- General CRM administration.
- When required, office administration and general support.
- Registering new business customers, and going through the process of getting their company websites up and running.
Ideal experience required:
- Ideally come from a Customer Support/Experience background, working via phone and email within the corporate sector.
- Personable, and comfortable to hold discussions with businesses owners.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Organised, and able to prioritise workloads
