From our Brisbane based headquarters, and satellite locations in Melbourne and Perth, we host a diverse team of skilled professionals from many career and industry backgrounds.
We are seeking new Customer Success Advisors for our Brisbane office to provide outstanding customer service, technical support, and training to our customers. This is a long-term opportunity to join our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with prompt and professional communication, empathy, and service management
- Manage inbound support queries via phone, email, and online channels during allocated shifts and work periods
- Provide onsite or remote training to customers for all products
- Diagnose and resolve unique or recurring problems associated with our products, or determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority and nature
Your Skills and Experience
- General knowledge and skills using web or cloud-based applications, desktop operating systems, communication systems, and remote support software
- Problem solving, functional and technical investigation skills, curiosity to understand issues, deliver consistency, creativity, or innovation when resolving issues or offering solutions
- Teamwork and ability to work effectively with others in cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate (both verbally and in writing) complex concepts to others having diverse levels of seniority and technical competence.
- Desirable - Specific knowledge and experience using the PartsCheck suite of products
- Desirable - Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Technology, Business, or Sales
- Desirable - Two or more years’ experience in customer service roles
- Desirable – An understanding of bookkeeping up to and including general ledger.
- Desirable – A working knowledge of relational database systems.
