B Strata is seeking a vibrant, confident and friendly personality to join our team.
As the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries you will enjoy engaging with others and have a helpful and warm disposition. You will be comfortable working autonomously in a busy office with a focus on delivering an elevated customer service experience to our clients.
The successful candidate will also be able to multi-task, possess strong problem-solving skills with a good attention to detail. They will enjoy working in a collaborative results-based team environment and be a high-level communicator, both written and verbal.
A background in the strata or property industry will be an advantage and being tech-savvy in the workplace and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Answering and directing the main line telephone calls
- Reception greeting for clients, visitors and assisting contractors
- Mail collection, review and distribution
- Document control - distribution, filing and storage
- Administration email review and redirection
- Review and exception handling of invoices
- Key register management and maintenance
- Front of house – ensuring meetings rooms are setup ready for use
- General office tasks, stationary, office supplies and restocking
- Provide administration support as required to team members
This full-time position is Monday to Thursday from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. A Police Clearance Certificate is required.
