About the role:
The Customer Service officer position is responsible for supporting our Sales team in the efficient delivery of service, products and delivery. This is an administration based, non-facing customer position which will have you liaising with internal Redox's employees from transport, warehouse and sales to ensure deliveries are completed in a timely manner. You will provide phone and email support to existing and potential customer and use your problem solving skills to resolve errors and provide
The position is responsible for:

• Processing customer orders via Redox’s in-house system
• Follow up on delivery ETA’s, including; chasing ETA’s of transport, shipment, transfers, purchase orders.
• Provide phone/email support for Business services enquiries
• Confidently liaise internally with our team and externally with our customers
• Provide documentation for proof of deliveries, safety data sheets, product specifications and certificates of analysis

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in an office setting

• Possess excellent time management & organisation skills and high attention to detail.

• Polite and professional phone manner

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Training on our customised in-house system will be given however experience in a similar customer service role and administrative skills would be looked upon favourably.
