What you'll be doing
The key objective of this role is to execute the campaign layer of the Loyalty and CRM program by facilitating campaigns, including the end-to-end planning, execution and reporting to meet and exceed annual program metrics.
Reporting to the Loyalty Team Leader your contribution will include:
- Lead and facilitate the formulation and end-to-end execution of the loyalty and CRM channel plans in line with the Freedom marketing calendar.
- Use CRM data to segment the customer base into distinct groups based on their behaviors, preferences, and engagement history. Create personalized email content tailored to the interests and needs of each segment to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage all direct marketing communication channels (email, SMS, MMS) and optimize to best suit customer and offer message.
- Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to optimize email campaigns for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Test different elements of emails, such as subject lines, email content, call-to-action buttons, and send times.
- Track the performance of email campaigns. Analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Generate reports to share insights and recommendations with the marketing team and senior management.
- Work closely with the other teams (in particular the Digital team) to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Minimum 3+ years relevant work experience in CRM & Loyalty, Digital Marketing or eCommerce experience.
- Experience in planning, developing and executing BTL campaigns (could include eDM, DM and/or social).
- Creative & confident team player who can negotiate, multi-task and influence others.
- Excellent creative appraisal skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with using a marketing automation platform.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
