Xetta is a powerful platform that assists organisations to centralise commerce whilst also streamlining reconciliation, reduce security and compliance risk and provide powerful reporting and analytics.
About the role
The Xetta Customer Support Representative is responsible for assisting and resolving issues for our customers. This role specifically provides a centralised point of contact for all inbound Customer Support for the Xetta product.

What your day will look like
- Configuring customer requests within the product
- Using the product web tools to create payment options online
- Assisting with testing bugs and upgrades to the product
- Escalate higher-level issues to the Support Specialist team as required.
- Supporting the Customer Support Specialist team as directed.
- Maintain appropriate privacy confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Assist with ‘pro-active initiatives as required.
About you
- Proficient in digital literacy.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- Good communication skills.
- Good level of language, numeracy skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A positive and helpful attitude towards co-workers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Reliable and punctual.
Highly desirable
- Experience within a banking or a university/school finance setting.
- Experience with Zendesk
