Customer Support Specialist

Come join our team as our Customer Support Specialist for a 12 month contract where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to the TJM & APPG network by responding to inbound customer and store enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support.

As our Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to all inbound enquiries, processing orders and resolving orders issues 
• Ensuring that customers are kept up to date and accurately informed when resolving issues or providing information on new product and marketing campaign launches.
• Completion of outbound call cycle campaigns to support sales and marketing initiatives and improve sales conversions.
• Coordination with key internal teams to ensure new business leads and customer complaints are resolved and closed in a timely manner.
• Providing feedback on customer service processes and sales and marketing campaigns.
