Sales Assistant / Sales Agent

We are seeking Sales Assistants / Sales Associates to work alongside top performing Sales Agents and learn from the best.
This role will see you working towards becoming an independent Sales Agent whilst still being part of the team. 

Experience in real estate is preferred, although not essential. We will train you in everything Real Estate, as long as you have the drive and the willingness to learn and to prospect. 
 
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Prospecting, including cold calling, door knocking, letter drops, etc. 
• Greeting clients, answering phone and email enquiries
• Attending appraisals and preparing for pre-listing, with direction
• Pre-settlement and post-settlement client care
• Liaising with vendors and buyers, including assisting with the end-to-end management of all correspondence on behalf of the sales team
• Assisting with managing active listings and sold properties
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum qualification of Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate 
• Experience in a fast-paced sales driven or call center environment, highly regarded
• Proven experience working towards targets and KPIs
• Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willing to provide valid Police Check
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
