Form of workOur client is responsible for the collection and storage of records, we are currently looking for Data Entry Officers to work on site in Burwood.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm $34 per hour plus super
The main duties under general direction include, but are not limited to:
- Create, manipulate, update and maintain accurate records in electronic information systems.
- Carry-out quality checking of archival records in various electronic databases and collect information from physical items.
- Develop knowledge of internal electronic information systems through on-the-job training and carry out basic updates.
- Cross check between item listing and physical records to barcode and label archival records and containers.
- Undertake the physical handling, retrieval and return of archival records and other tasks as directed
- Perform administrative tasks and participate in section meetings as required.
Applicants will require a Baseline Clearance or be willing obtain one.
