Our client, a global leader in vertical transport, is seeking a motivated Data Entry Administrator.
As a dynamic and united team, they require a highly organised professional for this role, one who thrives on delivering outcomes to support service department.
This position is a 3-month temp role with a temp-to-perm opportunity. It would suit someone with previous exposure to a serviced based business or related industries and offers opportunities for progression and training to facilitate growth into other roles within the business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in:
- Keeping all customer portals up to date in real time.
- Maintaining and updating work orders and invoices in the relevant systems.
- Following through all steps from Data Entry to final payment.
- Participating in client meetings and maintaining a strong client presence.
- Communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Jumping and bouncing across different tasks as needed.
- Being proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Being self-motivated and able to work independently.
