We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
* Demonstrated high level ability to develop, coordinate and prepare complex reports using business intelligence systems, and provide authoritative interpretation and analysis of operational performance data.
* Demonstrated ability in the preparation, critical examination, analysis and presentation of enterprise data sourced from clinical, human resource and financial information systems for use by the Commissioner, QAS during Regional Performance Reviews.
* Proven high level conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Highly developed organisational skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines and commitments, set priorities, work under pressure, and effectively manage workloads with flexibility in a busy environment of competing priorities and finite resources.
* Demonstrated high level skills in collaboration, negotiation, consultation, and communication (written and verbal), and the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
