This is a strategic and consultative sales role and you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and increasing volume and profitability of business.
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Visiting dealerships across Perth and developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Assist Dealership Fleet personnel in prospecting and pitch for Fleet opportunities.
- Acheive sales budget for financing and leasing
- Deliver sales training and coaching staff
- Regular dealership visitations and reviews within national standard.
- Identify negative trends in Dealer performance and implement corrective strategies.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- In-depth knowledge of the Fleet Leasing industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development.
- First-class presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate at a senior management level.
- Knowledge of Dealership operations and personnel.
- Full working rights in Australia. (Pr or Citizen)
