- Successfully manage the Delegate Acquisition for our bespoke roundtables
- Update CRM with all campaign activity and provide weekly registration reports to keep all stakeholders updated
- Measure success of campaign through market feedback
- Collaborate internally with stakeholders to increase efficiency and effectiveness of campaign delivery
- Manage all onsite Operations items - name cards, dietary, pax - in conjunction with the Operations Team
- Liaise with the Production Team regarding data build, invitations, speaker suppression lists, etc.
- Provide Vendor Sales lead with timely updates and insights on progress of campaign
- Passion for developing and delivering cutting-edge B2B events
- Demonstrated customer service and relationship management skills
- Extremely organised and have excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to be self-directed and motivated
- Proficient multi-tasker and problem solver
- Excellent communicator – written and verbal

- Ability to work Tues, Thurs & Fri from the office in North Sydney (3 days in office, 2 from home)
