Canberra Toyota Phillip have an exciting role available for a Delivery Coordinator. We are expanding our team and are currently seeking applications for an energetic and passionate Delivery Coordinator.
This is an exciting role within our dealership, which will allow you to demonstrate your ability to achieve great results. Prior experience in the automotive industry is desirable, as is your enthusiasm and flair for providing all our guests with the ultimate buying experience.
You’ll have to hit the ground running, employing your negotiation and closing skills to help us meet and exceed our dealership KPIs. You will work closely with some other key staff in the dealership and a broad Eagers team across the ACT.
About the Role:
This is a Monday to Friday role based in our Phillp Toyota dealership however you will need to be prepared to meet customers at their business location other Eagers sites. You will be trained in the fleet sales & administration process, assisting our Fleet Manager with duties including:
- General administration duties
- Creating client fleet packs and information
- Assisting in vehicle preparation
- New Car fleet deliveries
- Driving all types of vehicles from small hatches to large double cab utilities
- Taking enquiries from corporate/fleet customers
- Preparing and following up quotes for our Fleet Manager
- Liaising with customers in order to keep them informed throughout and deliver a great experience from start to finish
- Preparing vehicle registration documentation
About You:
Working in a customer focused and driven environment applicants will need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Understanding of the new and used vehicle markets and a good technical knowledge of all franchised products
- A high level of computer literacy and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is also essential.
- You will also need to be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian drivers licence.
- Attention to detail
- Delivery and scheduling skills
- Administration skills
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
- Be a people person, able to work in a team environment
- Have a thirst for exceeding customer and dealership expectations
- Whilst not a prerequisite, previous automotive sales experience will be highly regarded
You will have the opportunity to earn terrific commissions in this role.
