We also operate an established dental practice with a modern fit out in Camberwell Junction, have a new clinic ready to re-open and a brand new site planned to be opened in the next month plus more on the horizon.
The Role:
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Dental Business Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is key in driving operational excellence across Dental. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, driving business growth across Dental, improving processes, and ensuring that our clinics operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clinic managers and staff to optimise operational procedures and patient services.
- Implement strategic plans and initiatives in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate with various departments, including HR, IT, finance, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards across all clinics.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational performance.
- Ensure you are delivering high performing primary care.
- Continuous Quality Improvement for all clinics.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff productivity.
- Liaise with the Chief Operating Officer to report on clinic performance and operational challenges.
- Proven experience in an Operations / Business Manager role, preferably in a dental setting with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Current driver’s licence
