Your mission? To make dental visits anything but dull and ensure every patient leaves our practice beaming.

And as our Front Office Coordinator, you’re front-and-centre in making this happen.
Sure, you’ve got the people skills to make even the most anxious patient’s day brighter. But behind that friendly smile is a ruthless organisation whiz and communication expert who answers phones in a flash, replies to enquiries with ease and manages the flow of our busy appointment books.
You also “speak” dentist so you can confidently explain treatment plans to our patients and ensure you schedule the right appointment at the right time in their dental care journey.

And here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in dental industry (ideally you've worked as a dental assistant and/or dental receptionist previously)
- Exceptional computer skills, incl. touch-typing and confidence in using new systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (excellent phone manner and email etiquette are a must)
- Ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure.
