What we are looking for in our new Front Office Coordinator!
- An excellent communicator both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex dental procedures in a clear and concise manner.

- A detail oriented person, to manage schedules, coordinates appointments, and handles financial transactions accurately.

- Confidence to give input into clinical operations at the practice.
- A reliable support person who can train and develop the reception team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental practice or healthcare setting is essential.
- Experience as a chairside Dental Assistant, (Cert III / IV Cert preferred)
- An ongoing commitment to professional development.
- Proficiency in dental software and computer systems.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment procedures, and dental insurance processes.
- Experience with Momentum Management/ Prime Practice/ Savvy Dentist systems.
- Experience in verifying insurance coverage, process claims, payment plans and assist patients in understanding the financial aspects of their treatment plans.

- Working with Children's Check
Your day will look like:
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Receiving payments
- Liasing with dental laboratories
- Assistance with treatment planning and referrals
- Conversing with our lovely community of patients
- Management of business workflows and processes
- Dental Assisting to relieve DA staff or support when extra staff are needed
