Front Office Coordinator And Dental Assistant

We have two positions available , Dental Receptionist /Front Office Coordinator and a Dental Assistant . 

We are seeking a friendly, experienced, reliable Dental Receptionist/Front office Co-ordinator for PT /FT role for our practice in Lower Plenty at Majestic Smiles . Candidate will have dental knowledge, be able to multitask and have a passion for making patients feel welcome and relaxed. Must be flexible to working hours as some evening work may be required. 

Core Practice  software knowledge an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided on Dental policies and procedures. 

We also have an opportunity for An FT/PT experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly team .

Job tasks and responsibilities For Dental Assistant 

* Chairside assisting with a number of different dentists

* Sterilising duties 

* Stock Control

* Ocassional Reception duties including answering telephones, making appointments and basic day to day running of dental office
