Dental Reception/ Practice Manager

Full-time/part-time positions available.

Located in the heart of Burwood opposite of the train station we are excited for this opportunity to invite new member to our close knit team.

Qualifications & experience

• At least 2 year of experience as a Dental receptionist
• Knowledge of dental procedures and current infection control standards
• Dental4windows experience preferred
• Chinese speaking, immediate start, weekend availability or reception experience are of advantage
• Experience in major surgeries i.e. Implants and crown/bridges are of advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical and dental practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Implement and improve operational policies and procedures to enhance the overall patient experience.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Financial Management:

• Manage budgetary requirements, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.

Patient Experience:

• Uphold and enhance the patient-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Implement initiatives to improve patient experience and engagement.
• Tending to patients and dentist's needs
• Organising stock, cleaning and sterilising equipment
• Making sure rooms and equipment are set-up for patients
• Arranging dental lab jobs for dentists
• Making sure the clinic is up-to standard in terms of cleanliness
