We are looking for a confident and self motivated staff member to provide secretarial/administrative support and to work collaboratively with our team.
Our ideal candidate will be:

- Reliable and consistent
The specific role will depend on experience and can be discussed further at interview. There is scope for flexibility on hours/days/working arrangements for the right candidate.
Key Duties (depending on experience):
- Greeting clients
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Setting up appointments & managing calendars
- Distributing mail
- Stationery and office supply stock control/ordering
- Providing administrative support to colleagues
- Assisting with legal work – dictation and other entry-level legal work.
- Typing documents and forms – Deeds, Leases, Wills, Probate documents, Contracts, LRS forms etc
- Lodgement of documents (PEXA platform)
- Assistance with conveyancing practice
- Preparing and sending correspondence
- File management
- General office administration
Our practice is growing and we are looking for someone to stay with us on a long-term basis. We are most interested in your attitude and initiative, although experience is an advantage. Role can commence immediately for the right candidate.
