We are located within Via Roma in the beautiful Isle of Capri. We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm with 1 late night a week finishing at 6:30pm.In this role, you will work to keep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus on looking after our patients. We believe that you’ll be a pivotal part of the team, so we’ll give you all the support, training and development you need to thrive. To learn more about our beautiful Dental Practice visit: BupaDental - CapriThe Heart of the Role Receptionist: Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Making patients aware of dental services and offers Handling payments Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality What you'll bring Receptionist: Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous administration or reception experience, with some people management exposure Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook Strong communication and organisation skills The Heart of the Role Dental Assistant: Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patientsPrepare patients & facilities for dental treatmentDeliver quality chairside assistance to our DentistsProvide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutionsMaintain and implement infection control standards and proceduresPatient care from entry to the surgery and recall managementWhat you'll bring Dental Assistant: 12 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
