About the opportunity:
Culture is everything here at Capri you will be supported to grow and work among a great team, if you are proactive to learn and love all things Dentistry than this is the full-time permanent opportunity for you. We are located within Via Roma in the beautiful Isle of Capri. We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm with 1 late night a week finishing at 6:30pm.
In this role, you will work to keep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus on looking after our patients. We believe that you’ll be a pivotal part of the team, so we’ll give you all the support, training and development you need to thrive.
- Full Time: 1 x Receptionist and 1 x Dental Assistant
- 12 months+ Reception and Dental experience preferred

The Heart of the Role Receptionist:
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
What you'll bring Receptionist:
- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration or reception experience, with some people management exposure
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisation skills
The Heart of the Role Dental Assistant:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring Dental Assistant:
- 12 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
- Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service/patient care
- Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
