Duties & Responsibilities
We seeking a seasoned Team Leader or Department Head to spearhead the operational aspects of a highly successful property management department. Their role will entail implementing robust policies and procedures while nurturing a tight-knit team of 8 professionals. This position demands a high degree of trust, responsibility, and genuine commitment to team well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your own small portfolio and whilst overseeing the selection and training of new team members
- Assist in growing the rent roll and following up leads from their successful sales team
- Oversee all compliance matters
- Implement systems and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage your administrative support
The ideal candidate for this role is a hard-working and down-to-earth Property Manager who always puts landlords and tenants first. Someone who can be trusted to work autonomously and can provide excellent customer service.
In particular, you will need:
- At least 4 years as a seniro property manager/team leader
- A complete understanding of Property Management
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Posses the confidence to run a portfolio and a team as well as to handle difficult clients
- Be confident about converting warm leads into new managements
- First-rate communication and presentation
- SA Certificate IV in Property or Property Management Registration
