Program Kaartdijin is seeking to establish a pool of Liaison Officers for fixed term, full-time vacancies which may arise during 2024 and up to the end of February 2026. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within 2024, up to the end of February 2026.

About the opportunity

We are looking for highly dedicated and motivated Liaison Officers to join the Implementation and Deployment workstream. This workstream is responsible for deploying the Program Kaartdijin solution to 800+ schools commencing from Semester 1, 2024.
As the Liaison Officer, you will be working closely with all schools in the rollout of the new Kaartdijin Solution. You will provide high level customer service and support as you facilitate the schools' onboarding and Implementation requirements of the new solution. Within Program Kaartdijin, you will be collaborating with members from Training, Communications, ICT, Schools, and Finance teams to deliver the solution.
As well as ensuring that our schools are actively engaged with the Program Kaartdijin solution, you will contribute to and maintain operational requirements, including the development of quality processes, guides, and other supporting materials, with a focus on continuous improvement and the end user experience in mind.
Suitable applicants will have a high level of practical experience and skills related to delivering change, possess strong planning and problem-solving skills, and can engage and build trust to deliver advice that is accurate and timely within a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Microsoft Office products (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Project, and Outlook) will also be a key requirement in this role.

Demonstrated practical knowledge and understanding of system implementation operations and using application systems that support these operations.
Demonstrated practical skills and experience in providing system implementation support at an organisational and operational level.
Demonstrated well developed ability to provide high-level customer-focused services.
