JOB TITLE: DELIVERY HUB TEAM LEAD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Delivery Hub strategic plan to achieve business excellence.
  • Plan, resource and execute work to achieve business deliverables.
  • Ensure all Delivery Hub activities are in compliance with company processes.
  • Ensure consistent integrity of the personnel and Delivery Hub databases in line with GDPR guidelines.
  • Ensure all offshore personnel are competent and have met required training standards
  • Effectively communicate performance objectives to Delivery Hub and ensure each individual can contribute to organizational success.
  • Monitor PowerBI performance dashboards, analyzing data and setting targets for the team, to ensure areas of improvement are a key focus.
  • Ensure contract compliance is followed which includes, financial controls, KPI performance metrics and BMS processes.
  • Be familiar with and assist delivery of internal and external customers business priorities and objectives.
  • Establish effective interfaces and communications and build strong business relationships within Petrofac.
  • Provide contract monthly reports to Contract Focal Points.
  • Encourage and consolidate a team-based approach within the Delivery Hub.
  • Assist internal customers in planning and executing business activities in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Utilize available resources of the Petrofac organization to effectively deliver contract deliverables.
  • Demonstrate visible and pro-active safety leadership.
  • Ensure HSE values are communicated and adhered to at all times.
  • Develop and deploy appropriate tactics to mitigate risks associated with contract activities.
  • Support internal customers in maximizing KPIs.
  • Ensure resourcing requirements are fulfilled within target timeframe.
  • Develop the skills and competence of personnel to improve service delivery.
  • Pro-actively engage with internal customers to overcome contractual queries and concerns.
  • Work independently within a multi-tasking environment to identify and negotiate priorities.
  • Establish team performance goals and drive for delivery.
  • Ensure all applicable Petrofac procedures are up to date and implemented.
  • Ensure individual roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and understood.
  • Undertake regular offshore site visits to meet with Petrofac and Client personnel.
  • Participate in Emergency Response Team.
  • Proactively support Horizon Zero and Company Health and Safety initiatives.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Good secondary/tertiary education.
  • Familiar with and understand the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills.
  • Must be confident and decisive.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to influence & negotiate.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to organize workload in order to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work as a team member and liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Awareness of project commercial and cost control issues.
  • Ability to liaise with internal teams, offshore personnel and Client effectively.
  • Capable of working on own initiative and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and leading teams.
  • Experience in a supervisory role.
  • Operational experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledge of management in an offshore oil and gas environment.
  • Oracle experience would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint.
