Role: Depot Supervisor - Upper Coomera Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Source, recruit, and build a talented team that aligns with our company values.
- Staff Inductions and Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding experiences, fostering a positive workplace culture from day one.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company's expansion.
- Allocations and Asset Logistics: Efficiently manage resource allocations, including equipment and personnel, to meet project demands.
- Signage Control and Ordering: Oversee signage requirements, ensuring accurate ordering, deployment, and control.
- PPE Management and Disbursement: Implement and manage effective systems for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution and control.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence and address any concerns promptly.
- Various Warehouse and Logistic Duties: Tackle a range of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Proven Business-to-Business Sales Experience
- Previous experience in Labour Hire or Traffic Industries
- HR Ticket (Preferable)
- Current Open Drivers Licence
