Our team in the Logan region are on the lookout for a permanent, Full Time Deputy Clerical in Chargeto join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. There is currently a vacancy within the Clerical Team for an experienced Radiology Receptionist to take the next step in their career and join the team as the Deputy Clerical Supervisor.
This is a Full-Time position working 38 hours per week, across Monday to Friday (8a - 5p) and occasional Saturdays (830a-1230p) with penalty loadings applied.
We have multiple clinics in this region, we are looking for candidates who are open to working across our clinics in Beenleigh, Browns Plains, and Victoria Point. Please note you will be rostered to work across all 3 of these locations.
This person will need to have previous medical imaging experience and previous experience of managing a small team management experience of a small team.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
- Training, Mentoring & Development of staff.
- Manage all aspects of the practice administration.
- Customer service and care
- Establishing and maintaining referrer relationships
- Overseeing the site call centre ensuring phone call rate KPIs are met
- The management of online bookings and use of the Medicalis system
- Make exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management
- Medicare billing and banking
