We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in providing outstanding IT support services to our clients.
As a Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users on all desktop-related issues, including hardware maintenance and software configuration. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to ensure timely resolution of complex problems, including troubleshooting system performance issues, diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, and performing software installations and upgrades.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk environment and a strong working knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems. In addition, candidates must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users on all desktop-related issues
Troubleshoot system performance issues and diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
Perform software installations and upgrades
Escalate issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Ensure timely resolution of complex problems
Maintain accurate records of all support cases
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk environment
Strong working knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
