Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS3/APS4 Desktop Support Officer on a contract for 6-12 months.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop hardware and software support
- Investigate and resolve hardware issues.
- Provide written and verbal advice.
- Undertake physical installation tasks
- Provide support for Microsoft InTune and Mobile Telephony devices.
- Assisting with logistics at our Beard Warehouse IT Storage facilities
- Hardware warranties and repairs.
- Deliveries and shipments via third party couriers.
- Monitoring the IT Stores ServiceNow queue.
- Logging IT Stores requests in ServiceNow.
- Following up on existing IT Stores requests.
- Stock maintenance of iOS devices.
- Provide support for VIPs including staff at APH.
