The Opportunity - About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join the Master Planned Communities Development team in Sydney, NSW.
Due to business growth and our growing pipeline of projects, we currently have multiple opportunities across our national portfolio.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, this role will be responsible for considering and driving strategy including capital partner relationships, significant stakeholder relationship management, and as a result will contribute to the procurement, scope and delivery of one of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage projects from conception to completion.
- Continually monitor markets, including cultivating relationships.
- Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects.
- Lead/implement Residential Sustainability Policy at a project level.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Degree qualified in a related discipline.
- Experience within multi-disciplinary teams with an adaptive collaborative style.
- Project, planning, cost and risk management expertise
- Development industry knowledge and expertise in residential land or similar
- Exceptional stakeholder's management and influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen and significant forecasting and financial management
- Customer centric, focus on data analytics and insights to inform decision making.
- Self-motivated and results focused.
