We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Development Manager to lead the development and delivery of fundraising campaigns, communications, events and activities to build community engagement and inspire a giving culture among all College stakeholders. Working with the Director and Foundation Board, you will also deliver an annual campaign, identify prospects, solicit and steward major gifts and bequests, prepare communications and research and evaluate the impact of fundraising initiatives.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:
- A track record of corporate fundraising success
- Exceptional relationship management and development skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Strong strategic planning capabilities and the ability to initiate and implement impactful campaigns that inspire giving
- Well developed project management, prioritisation and time management strengths to achieve timely outcomes on budget
- A collaborative team focus, plus the proactivity to work independently
