Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Manager to lead Belle Property Escapes, overseeing its operations, supporting franchisees, driving growth across all states in Australia, and continuously enhancing the platform's offerings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in business development and management within the real estate or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of Belle Property Escapes, including strategy, operations, and business development.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees utilising the Belle Property Escapes platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve and innovate Belle Property Escapes
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees utilising this service
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for Belle Property Escapes.
- Oversee updates and maintenance of Belle Property Escapes website.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within hospitality or hotel management
- Proven experience within the holiday rental or short stay space
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the holiday rental industry & Australian real estate market
- Willingness to travel as needed
