We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced and knowledgeable professional to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals on their wealth journey through property investment, making a positive impact with our mission to make the world a better place through property investing.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospecting to seek new clients to grow the Property Management business
- Establish and strengthen relationships and partnerships with referral partners.
- Conduct discovery meetings with potential new clients to understand their goals and set strategy plans.
- Present live webinars, educating potential clients on holding property through Property Management.
- Convert leads into new clients, offering a personalised approach and solution that aligns with their investment goals.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver comprehensive property investment services and support.
- Stay up to date with market trends, investment strategies & industry developments to provide valuable guidance to clients.
- Cross-sell our six star team services to provide a holistic solution for clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using technology platforms for virtual meetings and webinars
- Understanding of social media platforms
- Knowledge of property market trends, Property Management strategies and legislation
- Passion for helping people succeed in property investing and making a positive impact
