Business Development Manager, Brisbane & Gold Coast
About the Role:
This challenging, autonomous role at Connectnow requires frequent travel to visit clients across the Brisbane/Brisbane South and Gold Coast area. As a Business Development Manager within the Real Estate Market, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding our Partners and prospective partners in maximizing revenue opportunities in the Home Moving Connections Market. This highly competitive space demands tenacity, creativity, and discipline to drive your success.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and grow the company’s business activities and revenue from new and existing market segments and channels.
Contribute to the formulation of Business Development strategies and provide input into Business Development plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and capitalize on new market segments and Business Development opportunities and monitor market development activities to ensure alignment with company business strategy
Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring renewals and new business with existing clients, while actively acquiring new clients.
About you:
Minimum of three years of experience in sales, account management/BDM experience.
Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships within the Real Estate Market – highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive success in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing high-value deals.
Ability to monitor performance against objectives and take corrective actions when necessary.
Willingness to travel extensively across the greater Brisbane//Gold Coast area.
