AddressMane Property (located in Clayfield, Brisbane) is looking for an experienced BDM with a proven track record to join their close-knit property management team.
The successful candidate will focus on gaining new listings through active canvassing and acquiring referrals from tenants, landlords and referral partners.
A generous base salary and uncapped earning potential is on offer.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Actively prospect to expand the rent roll (Northern suburbs).
- Plan and Implement lead generation campaigns with leadership support.
- Generate new business from the existing database.
- Identify and convert potential landlords through various real estate platforms as well as tapping into own network and resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (brokers and solicitors).
- Attend viewings, complete Form 6s, and ensure smooth client handovers.
- Regularly engage with new and existing landlords via call or email.
- Perform administrative tasks and reporting in PropertyMe.
- Current Real Estate Agent Licence or Registration
- Experience and proven track record as a BDM or Sales Agent (industry knowledge and experience highly regarded)
